01Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context otherwise requires:

• "Platform" means the jilibt Casino website accessible at jilibt.cam and all associated services, games, tools, and features operated thereunder.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the Platform.
• "Player" or "you" means any individual who has registered an Account on the Platform or who accesses the Platform in any capacity.
• "jilibt", "we", "us", "our" refers to the operator of the jilibt Casino Platform.
• "Funds" means the monetary balance held within a Player's Account wallet, including deposits, winnings, and bonus credits.
• "Bonus Credits" means promotional, complimentary, or matched credit added to an Account subject to wagering requirements as determined by jilibt.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total aggregate bet amount required to be placed before Bonus Credits or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification, being the identity and document verification process conducted by jilibt to comply with anti-money laundering and responsible gaming obligations.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government regulatory body governing gaming activities in the Philippines.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or jurisdiction from which access to or use of the Platform is restricted or prohibited under applicable law.

02Eligibility & Registration

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on jilibt, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are a resident of the Philippines or are otherwise legally permitted to access online gaming platforms under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You do not currently have a self-exclusion in effect on this Platform or any affiliated platform.
• You are not registered or employed as a representative, agent, or affiliate of jilibt or any jilibt game provider.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, intermediary, or nominee of a third party.
• You have not previously had an Account terminated by jilibt for breach of these Terms.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all Funds, and referral to the relevant Philippine authorities where legally required.

jilibt reserves the right to request identity verification documents — including a valid Philippine government-issued ID, proof of address, and/or proof of payment method ownership — at any point. Failure to provide requested documentation within the stipulated timeframe will result in Account restrictions.

03Account Responsibilities

Each Player is responsible for maintaining the security of their Account credentials. You must:

• Keep your password confidential and not disclose it to any third party, including individuals claiming to represent jilibt. jilibt support staff will never ask for your password.
• Notify jilibt immediately via live chat or email if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
• Not allow any other person to access or operate your Account.
• Log out of your Account when using shared or public devices.
• Maintain only one (1) active Account. Operating multiple Accounts, whether simultaneously or sequentially, is prohibited.
• Keep your registered contact information up to date. jilibt is not responsible for failed communications caused by outdated account details.

jilibt shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized Account access where the Player has failed to implement reasonable security measures or has contributed to the breach through negligence or deliberate action.

04Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 (Philippine Peso). Deposits may be made via GCash, Maya, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven, GrabPay, USDT, or Coins.ph, subject to availability. All deposit methods must be registered in your own name. jilibt does not accept deposits from payment accounts belonging to third parties.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours for fully verified Accounts. jilibt may request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal request. Withdrawals will, where possible, be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit. jilibt reserves the right to conduct additional verification for large withdrawal amounts.

• Players must have completed all applicable wagering requirements before withdrawing Bonus Credits or associated winnings.
• Withdrawals may be delayed pending fraud investigation, AML checks, or KYC completion.
• jilibt does not charge fees on standard GCash and Maya deposits or withdrawals. Third-party payment provider fees, if any, are the Player's responsibility.
• Account balances that remain dormant for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be subject to an administrative inactivity fee, as communicated by jilibt at the time.

05Bonuses & Promotions

jilibt may from time to time offer Welcome Bonuses, Reload Bonuses, Free Spins, Cashback Promotions, Loyalty Rewards, Referral Bonuses, and Tournament Prize Pools to eligible Players. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonus offers are available to Players who have completed registration and, where required, identity verification.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per Player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless expressly stated otherwise.
• Bonus Credits and associated winnings are subject to a Wagering Requirement that must be completed in full before any withdrawal may be requested. Wagering Requirements for specific promotions are published on the relevant promotion page.
• jilibt reserves the right to change, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice.
• Manipulation, exploitation, or abuse of any bonus offer — including but not limited to matched betting, systematic low-risk wagering, or coordinated multi-account bonus claiming — constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in cancellation of all associated Bonus Credits and winnings.
• In the event of a dispute regarding bonus eligibility or wagering requirements, jilibt's determination shall be final.

06Gameplay & Prohibited Conduct

All games offered on jilibt use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems that have been independently verified. Game outcomes are entirely random and cannot be predicted or influenced by any external factor. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform:

• Use of automated betting software, bots, macros, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with any game on the Platform.
• Exploiting software errors, game glitches, or technical malfunctions to obtain an unfair advantage. Winnings generated through such exploitation are void and will be withheld.
• Collusion with other Players in any multi-player game format, including live dealer tables and tournament events.
• Any form of money laundering, fraud, identity theft, or use of stolen payment credentials on the Platform.
• Providing false information to jilibt support in connection with a dispute, withdrawal request, or verification process.
• Attempting to circumvent geographic restrictions through the use of VPN, proxy, or similar technology.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing jilibt staff or other Players through any communication channel.

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all Funds, reporting to PAGCOR and Philippine law enforcement authorities where legally required, and permanent exclusion from the Platform.

07Intellectual Property

All content on jilibt — including but not limited to game software, graphics, user interface design, logos, trademarks, text, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of jilibt or its licensed third-party game providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes.

You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent from jilibt. Unauthorized use of any jilibt intellectual property may result in Account termination and civil or criminal liability under Philippine law.

08Privacy & Data

jilibt collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms and forms part of the agreement between you and jilibt. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

jilibt complies with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) with respect to the handling of personal data of Filipino players. Data is never sold to third parties for marketing purposes without explicit consent.

09Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jilibt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses arising from:

• Temporary unavailability of the Platform due to maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond jilibt's reasonable control.
• Losses resulting from a Player's failure to comply with these Terms.
• Unauthorized access to a Player's Account where the Player has failed to implement reasonable security measures.
• Any interruption to internet connectivity or device failure on the Player's end that causes a game session to be disrupted.
• Decisions made by jilibt in good faith and in accordance with these Terms in relation to Account review, suspension, or Fund withholding.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit jilibt's liability for death or personal injury caused by jilibt's negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by jilibt, or for any other matter that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

10Responsible Gaming

jilibt is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire Philippine player base. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment. The Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on their Account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session Time Alerts: Players may configure session duration notifications to prompt awareness of time spent on the Platform.
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may request a temporary pause on their Account (24 hours to 6 weeks) during which no deposits or gameplay are possible.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request permanent self-exclusion from jilibt. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are irreversible for the minimum exclusion period chosen.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications displaying session duration and net spend are available as an opt-in feature.

11Suspension & Termination

jilibt reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account, and to withhold or forfeit associated Funds, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding the limit defined in jilibt's Dormant Account Policy.
• Instruction from PAGCOR, Philippine law enforcement, or any competent judicial authority.
• Discovery that the Account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements in Section 2.

Players may close their Account voluntarily at any time by contacting jilibt support. Any verified balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be processed for withdrawal to the Player's nominated payment method, subject to outstanding wagering requirements being satisfied.

12Amendments to These Terms

jilibt reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, jilibt will provide notice to Players via their registered email address or through a prominent Platform notification, with a minimum of fourteen (14) days' advance notice before the amended Terms take effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory instruction.

Your continued use of jilibt following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and may request Account closure as described in Section 11.

13Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or your Account shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, Players are encouraged to contact jilibt's customer support team to seek resolution. jilibt is committed to resolving disputes in good faith, promptly, and fairly in accordance with Philippine consumer protection principles.
